How long does the dispatch process take? Would it be difficult to arrange immediate dispatch?
Domestic workers: dispatch possible in a short time
Overseas workers: about 4-6 months from application to staffing start. We recommend contacting us around 6 months in advance to secure the right timing.
How much does it cost to use the agricultural staffing service?
Costs vary by job type and conditions, including dispatch fees, living support, and transportation.

What is the workers Japanese level?
All have JLPT N4 or higher or JFT-Basic, allowing them to understand workplace instructions and daily communication.
Our trained workers also study practical conversational Japanese for smooth collaboration.
Do we need to arrange housing? What other preparations or support are required?
Yes, we ask that you prepare housing. In many cases, companies utilize employee dormitories, or local accommodation. We also request your cooperation in preparing daily necessities (bedding, cooking utensils, etc.) and commuting arrangements (bicycles, transportation, etc.). Please rest assured that our staff will provide support when needed.
If problems occur after dispatch, will you help?
Yes. We support both companies and workers through interpreters, translation tools, and consultation services.
